Board Meeting Minutes - January 14, 2026

Membership Update
- Current Status: 220 registered (4 spots remaining)
- Target: 100% payment by February 7, 2026
- Waiting List: Building to 10+ members to ensure season continuity

Tournament Planning
- Medics booked for tournaments
- Evaluating vendors and potential tournament app for 2026
- Exploring tournament format options to discuss with Captains Committee
- Impact assessment needed for regular season schedule

Social Events
Annual Banquet
- September 26, 2026 at Polish Hall
- Tickets are $65 per person
- May consider Holiday Inn for future events

Other Events
- Stag Night: April 29, 2026 at Legion (to be added to website)
- Golf Tournament: Targeting June 6 or 13 (location TBD)
- Prizes/raffles to be sourced from player contributions
