Burlington Oldtimers Slo-Pitch Board Meeting
November 24, 2025
Attendees: Brad Hazledine, Mike Neilson, Grant Connelly, Jason Gauci, Carl Camilleri, Erwin Mendoza, Ron Badr, Dan Edwards, Andrew Hughes

Captains – 2026 Season
• Discussed potential captains for the 2026 season
• Final captain selections to be confirmed by mid-December 2025
• Captains meeting planned for mid-January 2026 (exact date TBD)
• Mandatory defibrillator training for all captains to be coordinated by Grant Connelly

2026 Season Preparations
• Captains Meeting – TBD (targeting mid-January 2026)
• Defibrillator Training – TBD (January/February 2026)
• Vetting – Booked
• Draft – Booked
• Fields – Booked - Same Fields, Days, Times as 2025
• Tournaments – Booked

Player Ratings
• Reviewed player ratings from the 2025 season
• Follow-up meeting scheduled with non-captain board members to confirm/adjust ratings
• Options to improve rating system for future season to be reviewed and discussed at a future board meeting
